Whether you are working on a deal or need better understanding of a specific topic we are there to help. All of these calls are recorded for you to listen to later on. Also, all the questions will also be transcribed and placed on the Mastery Forum. This way you can search the database to find your answer quickly at any time day or night.

Email Support & Phone Support Program: Any coaching program would be incomplete without e-mail support and phone support to help answer your most pressing time sensitive questions. You will be given a special Mastery support email address you can use at any time day or night when you have a pressing question that must be answered. Likewise, if you are working on a deal or you have a very time sensitive question the coaches are accessible for phone support as well.

Deal Submission Review: Having a second set of eyes look at your deals as you are working them is an invaluable resource. Mastery Forum: You will be given a special password so you can access this state-of-the-art  Forum we created specifically for the Mastery Program. Aren't There Other Coaching Programs Out There?

You bet! When we started outlining the coaching program I spent two months spying on the competition. You name the guru and I found out what they were teaching, who their coaches were, what they were charging, and how all of their programs were laid out.

I was shocked by what I found out!

First, with almost all of the other programs you did not get access to the guru themselves! Many of the programs are being taught by a former student of the guru or by an outside company that speakers outsource their coaching to. In fact, four of the programs I researched outsource their coaching services to the same company in Utah who has a staff of generic real estate coaches! I couldn't believe it.

To make matters worse most of these coaches were not even experienced real estate investors! They were full time coaches with very little to no real estate experience. I call that the blind leading the blind! I don't know about you, but if I am investing in a coaching program I want access to an expert, who can see the challenges before they come.

Likewise, I want someone who can answer my questions on the spot, especially when I have a profitable deal on the line! What I don't want is someone who has to get back to me while they do a Google search for the answer!

Second, most of the programs had very basic outlines - things we cover in most of our multi-day seminars and home study courses. I don't know about you, but I would want to know I will be learning new things when I sign up for a coaching program.

Third, most programs seemed to be just centered around teaching with very little focus on implementation. We believe successful coaching is about teaching first, however you can only take someone so far when all you do is teach. A fundamental principle of a coaching program should be implementation. When you help someone "implement" what they have learned and hold them accountable to their actions that is when you see true growth.
